Zainab Thompson

Graduate Research Assistant

Zainab is earning her Psychological Science M.A. at the University of Minnesota Duluth, and will work towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) upon graduating. Her primary roles with Memory Keepers involve community engagement and research assistance, and she is interested in mental health education and participatory research. Her other research interests include Nigerian mental health, clinical anxiety, novel therapeutic interventions, and the psychological mechanisms of fear and horror. Outside of research and clinical practice, Zainab loves designing books, running Nerf wars, and consuming scary movies.
