Jacob Wood, MS

Graduate Research Assistant

Jacob (he/him) is an MD/MPH student at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He has an interest in Indigenous inequities in health care, particularly perinatal care. Previously Jacob served in the US Coast Guard and US Army for a total of nine years. He lives in Hermantown, MN with his wife Brenda and three daughters Estelle, Eleanor and Isabelle. Jacob is an enrolled member of the Fort William First Nation in Ontario, Canada.
